Who's Right is a debate application that allows users to:
- Participate in real-time or asynchronous debates
- Challenge their arguments against other users
- Benefit from artificial intelligence analysis of their arguments
- Access automated fact-checking and source verification
- Track their progress and debate statistics
### 1.3 Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Application implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms"). If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Application.

## 2. Access to the Service
### 2.1 Registration Requirements
To use the Application, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- If you are between 13 and 16 years old, have parental or legal guardian consent
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Choose a username that complies with our rules of conduct
### 2.2 User Account
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activities performed from your account
- The accuracy of information provided during registration

By using the Application, you agree to:

The Application uses a moderation system combining:
- Automatic AI filtering: messages are analyzed in real-time to detect and filter inappropriate content
- User reporting: you can report any content you believe violates these Terms
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content that violates these Terms
- Suspend or delete accounts of users who do not follow these rules
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities

## 4. Intellectual Property
### 4.1 Publisher Rights
The Application, its design, source code, logos, trademarks, and content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of Melvin Zerigue and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation is prohibited.
### 4.2 User Content
By posting content on the Application (arguments, debates, comments), you:
- Retain your intellectual property rights to this content
- Grant Who's Right a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute this content for the operation of the Service
- Guarantee that this content does not infringe on third-party rights
This license terminates when you delete your content or account, unless this content has been shared with other users who have not deleted it.
### 4.3 Artificial Intelligence
The analyses, scores, and fact-checks generated by our artificial intelligence system:
- Are provided for informational purposes only
- Do not constitute absolute truths
- May contain errors or inaccuracies
- Do not replace your own critical judgment

## 5. Subscriptions and Payments
### 5.1 Available Plans
The Application offers several plans:
- Free: limited access to basic features
- Premium: extended access with advanced features
- Creator: all Premium features + creation options
- Business: custom offer for organizations
Details and pricing for each plan are available in the Application.
### 5.2 Payment Process
All in-app purchases (subscriptions and one-time purchases) are made through the Apple App Store payment system.
By making a purchase, you accept Apple's terms available at:

### 5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To manage or cancel your subscription:
1. Open Settings on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select the Who's Right subscription
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
### 5.4 Refunds
Refund requests must be addressed directly to Apple via:
- The App Store application
- The website https://reportaproblem.apple.com
We are unable to directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
### 5.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. In case of modification:
- You will be notified at least 30 days in advance
- New prices will apply at the next renewal
- You may cancel your subscription if you do not accept the new prices

## 6. Personal Data Protection
### 6.1 GDPR Commitment

## 7. Liability
### 7.1 Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of AI-generated analyses and scores
- The truthfulness of fact-checks and sources
- The absence of errors or service interruptions
- Compatibility with all devices
### 7.2 Exclusions of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Content posted by users
- Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service
- Data loss
- Decisions made based on AI analyses

You are solely responsible for:

- Your use of the Service
- The consequences of your interactions with other users

## 8. Modification and Termination
### 8.1 Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. In case of substantial modification:

### 8.2 Termination by User
You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time from the settings.
### 8.3 Termination by Publisher
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Harmful behavior towards other users or the Service
- Fraudulent use
- Prolonged inactivity (more than 24 months)
In case of suspension or deletion for Terms violation, no refund will be issued.

## 9. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by French law.
### 9.2 Jurisdiction
In case of dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
